Also, identify specific resources, such as professional organizations, mentors, and professional development opportunities that will help you accomplish your plan. (I am currently an elementary teacher, after the program, I will be moving in Higher Education/Student Affairs and working on a doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Higher Education.)
