Is it possible for individuals to flourish if others with whom they are connected are not also flourishing?
I will relate this response to sports. Although in sports, most people are a part of a team, however many times only certain athletes are recognized for their efforts. Many times these athletes because of their performance, bring the team up with them. An example that I can think of right now are the Dallas Cowboys. Dak Prescott is the QB for the Cowboys. He is a rookie. He was moved in that role when Tony Romo was injured during pre-season. The Cowboys are currently 8-1 and many say it is because of their QB Dak. If Dak was not performing as well as he is now, he team would not be flourishing. We can look at the NFC, the Cowboys may be flourishing right now where as some of the other teams are not. Perhaps I am way off on this so if I am, please guide me in the right direction. This is how I interpret this weeks discussion.
