Go online and explore these three different sites that deal with information. The first is polleverywhere (http://www.polleverywhere.com/ (Links to an external site.)) where you can have quick live polls using text messaging and have the results show up on their web site to be displayed to an audience or saved and download to a PowerPoint presentation. The second is a service where you can use the web to ask a question and see millions of other questions and answers. This service/site is cha cha (http://www.chacha.com/ (Links to an external site.)). Do not create accounts on either of these sites, there is plenty to see just by surfing around anonymously. The third is, WolframAlpha (http://www.wolframalpha.com/ (Links to an external site.)) which allows you to type or ask for specific information. Try several questions.
Write up your impressions of these three sites along with your answers to these questions: How might you use them in everyday life? Would either be useful in a business setting? Why or why not?
