The work for this week is about motivation. We all know what doesn’t motivate us, especially at this time of the year. I could tell you dark chocolate (any form: candy, ice cream, cake, cookies) for me. But when it comes to work, what motivates me? For me, it is whether I can make a positive difference in someone’s life: it is the reason for the work that motivates me most — it makes me want to do my best, to accept nothing less than my best from myself, makes me feel like life is worth living.
